Zwelibanzi Ndlovu – Board Chairman (Non – Executive)
Zwelibanzi has gained vast experience in IT consultancy which spans more than 14 years in the banking, capital markets, insurance and public sector. He founded Zedesen Africa Ltd, an IT consulting company and STOP TO START International, a transformation management firm. Zweli has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Strathmore Business School, East Africa’s leading Business School. Some highlights of his career include the position of Partner in charge of IT consulting at KPMG – Peat Marwick (East Africa) and later the CEO position of Regional Director for East Africa at SAP- the world’s market leader in Enterprise Management Software.
Zweli speaks extensively to CEOs and industry leaders at seminars and workshops in Southern, Central and Eastern Africa. His keynote addresses and consultancies focus on how to assist people to overcome resistance to the use of technology and the fear of innovation in developing and implementing strategies for sustainable change. His specific special competencies include strategic and change management for both corporates and individuals. Zweli Developed and copyrighted his own proprietary transformation management tools collectively known as STOP or The STOP Analysis. His notable achievements include managing change in the Automation of the Nairobi Stock Exchange and the Central Depository & Settlement Corporation, Attitude Transformation at Kenya Ports Authority, Process Streamlining at Rwanda National Assembly.
He holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering (USSR) and speaks seven languages which include Russian and French.
Campbell Vincent Musiwa – Chief Executive Officer (Executive Director)
Campbell holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree obtained from the University of Zimbabwe in 1982. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 and later obtained a Masters In Business Leadership Degree from the University of South Africa. Campbell has a wealth of financial business experience, first as Supervising Senior Auditor at KPMG. He was appointed as General Manager in charge of Finance, Information Technology and Secretarial Services at FMB Holdings Limited. He later became a Finance Director and Managing Director at Global Investments House Limited (Discount House), a company that he co-founded. In February 1999, Campbell acquired the entire business of First Transfer Secretaries (Private) Limited (FTS) and in 2000, came to run the business as Managing Director on a full time basis. At FTS, he was involved in major corporate actions such as: Mergers, Demergers and Acquisitions, Initial Public Offers, Rights Issues, Share Splits, Bonus Issues and Scrip Dividend offers. In 2010, FTS as a lead bidder, together with a consortium of Zimbabwean technocrats won the bid to establish Zimbabwe’s first Central Securities Depository, Chengetedzai Depository Company Limited. In February 2011, Campbell was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Chengetedzai, a position that he currently holds.
Alban D. Chirume – Non-Executive Director
Alban has extensive knowledge and experience spanning telecommunications, banking, and capital markets. In 1992 he joined the financial sector and had exposure in both local and foreign owned banks, in Project Finance, Investment Management, Advisory Services and Treasury at senior and general management levels. In 1998, Alban established a company which was both a member of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange and the Zimbabwe Agricultural Commodity Exchange (ZIMACE), and provided financial advisory services. In June 2009, Alban became the inaugural Chief Executive of the Securities Commission of Zimbabwe where he played a major role in the establishment of the Commission and the development of the capital market regulatory framework. Alban is currently the Chief Executive of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, a position he has held since June 2013. He is also the Chairman of the Committee of SADC Stock Exchanges (CoSSE) and is an Executive Committee Member of the African Securities Exchanges Association (ASEA). He is also a Board Member of the Investor Protection Fund and Chengetedzai Depository Company. Alban holds a B.Sc. Physics and Mathematics (UZ), an MBA (University of Wales), is a Chartered Secretary and a Registered Public Accountant.
Francisca Zinyemba – Non-Executive Director
Franscisca holds a Master’s of Science in Strategic Management from the University of Derby United Kingdom. She exudes with outstanding strategic skills in turning around strategies, strategic projects resource mobilisation, negotiations talent, organisational change management and human capital development. She is an experienced banker having worked and held several top positions within the financial services sector. She has worked at Standard Chartered Bank as a Regional Executive in charge of seven countries in Southern and Central Africa and General Manager with Commercial Bank of Zimbabwe (CBZ) in charge of the strategy and change management and Human Resources. She is currently an Executive Director Infrastructure Development Bank of Zimbabwe (IDBZ) responsible for the Bank Strategic Capital and Resource Mobilization, Strategic Planning, Central Credit Administration, Human Capital Administration and Development, Projects Monitoring and Evaluation, Organisation and Methods, Bank’s Logistics and Administration, and directing the Bank’s capacity building initiatives.
Moffat Kuziwa Chikuni – Non-Executive Director
Moffat is the Partner responsible for Corporate and Project Finance at Chikuni Associates Legal Practitioners. He has practiced corporate and project finance for the past ten years. He practiced law with Scanlen and Holderness Legal Practitioners for three years before joining Interfin Merchant Bank of Zimbabwe Limited in February 2003 and Finesse Advisory Services Corporate Finance Division in July of 2003.
He joined MBCA Bank Limited in October 2004 where he rose to head the Advisory Services Division (Corporate and Project Finance) of the Bank. He has been involved in numerous corporate and project finance transactions from deal sourcing and negotiation, structuring, business valuations, documentation and project management through to completion.
Moffat has extensive knowledge in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and capital mobilisations. He has also advised on inward investments and cross border transactions.
Never Nyemudzo – Non-Executive Director
Never holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Zimbabwe, Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Accountancy University of Zimbabwe and he is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Never is a Chartered Accountant with over 12 years’ experience. He commenced his career with BDO Zimbabwe where he trained for his articles and subsequently held senior financial management roles across a variety of institutions in Zimbabwe with institutions such as the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe, First Banking Corporation and the People’s Own Savings Bank. His appointment to the Board reflects the central role played by Never in CBZ’s corporate transactions. He is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer at CBZ Holdings.
Nyaradzo Maphosa – Non-Executive Director
She sits on several Boards and Trusts including African Sun, Hillbrass P/L (Kintyre Estates), Tumaini and S.A.I.D Trust (Int).

Rugare Chidembo – Non-Executive Director
Rugare obtained his Bachelor of Accountancy Degree in 1982 from the University of Zimbabwe. He completed his articles of clerkship with Deloitte & Touché and qualified as a Chartered Account in February 1986. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Zimbabwe. He worked for six years at Lonrho Zimbabwe both as a Finance Director and Group Treasurer. He later joined Econet Wireless Limited as Group Finance Director. He later left to pursue personal business interests in transportation and advisory services but remained serving as a non-executive director of Econet. Mr Chidembo serves on the boards of a number of listed and unlisted companies such as Meikles Africa and TN Harlequin Luxaire Limited.
