Zwelibanzi Ndlovu – Board Chairman (Non – Executive)
Zwelibanzi has gained vast experience in IT consultancy which spans more than 14 years in the banking, capital markets, insurance and public sector. He founded Zedesen Africa Ltd, an IT consulting company and STOP TO START International, a transformation management firm. Zweli has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Strathmore Business School, East Africa’s leading Business School. Some highlights of his career include the position of Partner in charge of IT consulting at KPMG – Peat Marwick (East Africa) and later the CEO position of Regional Director for East Africa at SAP- the world’s market leader in Enterprise Management Software.
Zweli speaks extensively to CEOs and industry leaders at seminars and workshops in Southern, Central and Eastern Africa. His keynote addresses and consultancies focus on how to assist people to overcome resistance to the use of technology and the fear of innovation in developing and implementing strategies for sustainable change. His specific special competencies include strategic and change management for both corporates and individuals. Zweli Developed and copyrighted his own proprietary transformation management tools collectively known as STOP or The STOP Analysis. His notable achievements include managing change in the Automation of the Nairobi Stock Exchange and the Central Depository & Settlement Corporation, Attitude Transformation at Kenya Ports Authority, Process Streamlining at Rwanda National Assembly.
He holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering (USSR) and speaks seven languages which include Russian and French.
Campbell Vincent Musiwa – Chief Executive Officer (Executive Director)
Campbell holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree obtained from the University of Zimbabwe in 1982. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 and later obtained a Masters In Business Leadership Degree from the University of South Africa. Campbell has a wealth of financial business experience, first as Supervising Senior Auditor at KPMG. He was appointed as General Manager in charge of Finance, Information Technology and Secretarial Services at FMB Holdings Limited. He later became a Finance Director and Managing Director at Global Investments House Limited (Discount House), a company that he co-founded. In February 1999, Campbell acquired the entire business of First Transfer Secretaries (Private) Limited (FTS) and in 2000, came to run the business as Managing Director on a full time basis. At FTS, he was involved in major corporate actions such as: Mergers, Demergers and Acquisitions, Initial Public Offers, Rights Issues, Share Splits, Bonus Issues and Scrip Dividend offers. In 2010, FTS as a lead bidder, together with a consortium of Zimbabwean technocrats won the bid to establish Zimbabwe’s first Central Securities Depository, Chengetedzai Depository Company Limited. In February 2011, Campbell was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Chengetedzai, a position that he currently holds.
Alban D. Chirume – Non-Executive Director
Alban has extensive knowledge and experience spanning telecommunications, banking, and capital markets. In 1992 he joined the financial sector and had exposure in both local and foreign owned banks, in Project Finance, Investment Management, Advisory Services and Treasury at senior and general management levels. In 1998, Alban established a company which was both a member of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange and the Zimbabwe Agricultural Commodity Exchange (ZIMACE), and provided financial advisory services. In June 2009, Alban became the inaugural Chief Executive of the Securities Commission of Zimbabwe where he played a major role in the establishment of the Commission and the development of the capital market regulatory framework. Alban is currently the Chief Executive of the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, a position he has held since June 2013. He is also the Chairman of the Committee of SADC Stock Exchanges (CoSSE) and is an Executive Committee Member of the African Securities Exchanges Association (ASEA). He is also a Board Member of the Investor Protection Fund and Chengetedzai Depository Company. Alban holds a B.Sc. Physics and Mathematics (UZ), an MBA (University of Wales), is a Chartered Secretary and a Registered Public Accountant.
Reggie Dangarembwa – Non-Executive Director
Reggie Dangarembwa is an experienced banker who has been in the financial services sector for more than 18 years. He is a holder of a Masters Degree In Business Administration, Masters Degree In Business Intelligence. He also holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Economics in addition to several corporate banking and trade finance certificates obtained from various international academic institutions. He commenced his banking career with Zimbabwe Banking Corporation as a trainee graduate and later moved to Commercial Bank of Zimbabwe where he worked as a Corporate Banking Credit Analyst until he left to join Kingdom Bank Limited as a Senior Manager in Corporate Banking and Business Development Division. He was later elevated to the position of Divisional Director in the same Division. He later left Kingdom Bank in 2008 and joined Tetrad Investment Bank as a General Manager responsible for Corporate Banking Department. In 2011 he joined IDBZ where currently, he is the Assistant Director for the Corporate Banking Division.
Nyaradzo Maphosa – Non-Executive Director
She sits on several Boards and Trusts including African Sun, Hillbrass P/L (Kintyre Estates), Tumaini and S.A.I.D Trust (Int).
Robert Mutakwa – Non-Executive Director
Rugare Chidembo – Non-Executive Director
Rugare obtained his Bachelor of Accountancy Degree in 1982 from the University of Zimbabwe. He completed his articles of clerkship with Deloitte & Touché and qualified as a Chartered Account in February 1986. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Zimbabwe. He worked for six years at Lonrho Zimbabwe both as a Finance Director and Group Treasurer. He later joined Econet Wireless Limited as Group Finance Director. He later left to pursue personal business interests in transportation and advisory services but remained serving as a non-executive director of Econet. Mr Chidembo serves on the boards of a number of listed and unlisted companies such as Meikles Africa and TN Harlequin Luxaire Limited.
Samuelle Dimairho – Non-Executive Director
Samuelle Dimairho is a results driven young entrepreneur who has demonstrated potential to grow to become a global leader in the corporate world. He co-founded Chengetedzai Depository Company Limited, Zimbabwe’s first Central Securities Depository for the capital markets industry with current securities deposits of over USD1.5billion and trade settlement in excess of USD700million since inception. Samuelle was crowned the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Creative Young Entrepreneur of The Year 2014 and also won the Entrepreneurs Organisation Global Student Entrepreneur Award 2014. He has been featured in international media programs from various organisations all over the world for his achievements and inspiration to young people in Africa. In addition, Samuelle is a member of Rotary International and voluntarily serves as an advisor to the Graduate Development Agency and Young Entrepreneurs Sanctuary Africa, which is an organisation focused on building the soft skills of graduates and mentoring young entrepreneurs. He holds an ACCA Chartered Certified Accountant qualification, ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business, and holds a Bsc (Hons) Applied Accounting with Oxford Brookes University.
