CAMPBELL VINCENT MUSIWA

Campbell holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree obtained from the University of Zimbabwe in 1982. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986 and later obtained a Masters In Business Leadership Degree from the University of South Africa. Campbell has a wealth of financial business experience, first as Supervising Senior Auditor at KPMG. He was appointed as General Manager in charge of Finance, Information Technology and Secretarial Services at FMB Holdings Limited. He later became a Finance Director and Managing Director at Global Investments House Limited (Discount House), a company that he co-founded. In February 1999, Campbell acquired the entire business of First Transfer Secretaries (Private) Limited (FTS) and in 2000, came to run the business as Managing Director on a full time basis. At FTS, he was involved in major corporate actions such as: Mergers, Demergers and Acquisitions, Initial Public Offers, Rights Issues, Share Splits, Bonus Issues and Scrip Dividend offers. In 2010, FTS as a lead bidder, together with a consortium of Zimbabwean technocrats won the bid to establish Zimbabwe’s first Central Securities Depository, Chengetedzai Depository Company Limited. In February 2011, Campbell was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Chengetedzai, a position that he held until April 2022.
